We hope that this record will serve as a representation of the communal voice of Sanctuary. Though not everyone was able to play on the recording – it carries the voice of everyone who has ever been apart of the Sanctuary music team.

Here is some information:

The Living Water Boy’s Orphanage in Juba, Sudan, takes young boys who are living on their own in the marketplace, and gives them a home where they can learn to be responsible adults and hear about God’s love and find hope for the future. Funds and the basic necessities of life are always at a shortage.

The bakery, which has now been built on the property of the boy’s home, will not only provide bread to supplement the limited food supply, but it will also be an income generating enterprise. Best of all, it will provide vocational training for the boys, teaching them a viable trade which they can then use to support themselves when they leave the orphanage. The orphanage is situated in a populated area with quite a bit of traffic. There are no businesses of a similar nature in the area, making the bakery a welcome addition to the community.
